Does it work with Advanced Inventory and multi-user mode?+
Yes — the agent reads via the official QuickBooks Desktop SDK alongside normal Enterprise use. Advanced Inventory sites, barcode scanning and up to 40-user files are all supported.
We're currently on Right Networks / Summit / Ace — what changes?+
You can keep the host for editing while adding the dashboard for read access, or move the file back in-house entirely. Most customers keep data entry in Enterprise and give everyone else the dashboard — the hosted seats you still need drop to a handful.
Why not migrate to QuickBooks Online?+
If QBO fits, it's a fine product — but Advanced Inventory, Enterprise pricing rules, large file sizes and custom roles routinely make migration a downgrade. This keeps Enterprise and adds the access layer it lacks.
How current is the dashboard?+
