Sage 200 CRM Integration
Sales shouldn't have to phone accounts to check a credit limit. We sync Sage 200 with Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics 365, Zoho or your bespoke CRM — customers, quotes, credit, pricing and order history.
Connect Your CRM to SageCustomer & Contact Sync
Sage 200 sales ledger accounts and contacts synced both ways with CRM accounts — one record of truth, no duplicate data entry on either side.
Quotes → SOP Orders
Won quotes and deals in the CRM posted straight into Sage 200 as SOP orders — correct account, price list, delivery details, tax and nominals.
Credit Status in the CRM
Credit limit, current balance, overdue amounts and on-hold flags pushed to the CRM — sales see risk before they promise anything.
Price Lists Pushed to CRM
Sage price bands and customer-specific pricing surfaced in the CRM — quotes built on the prices Sage will actually invoice.
Order History for Sales
Sage order and invoice history visible against the CRM account — reps see what's selling, what's overdue and when to reorder.
Bespoke CRMs
Custom-built CRM or industry platform? We integrate it the same way — natively, against your data model, not a connector's lowest common denominator.

Sage 200 CRM Integration FAQ
Which CRMs do you integrate with Sage 200?+
Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Zoho CRM, Pipedrive — and bespoke/internal CRMs. Anything with an API; if your CRM only talks webhooks or files, we build around that too.
What data actually syncs?+
Typically: Sage customer accounts and contacts ↔ CRM accounts/contacts; CRM quotes converted into Sage SOP orders; credit limit, balance and on-hold status pushed to the CRM; price lists and stock availability pushed out; invoice and order history made visible to sales. The exact flow is scoped around your sales process.
Can't we just use the Sage CRM module?+
You can — but if your sales team already lives in Salesforce or HubSpot, ripping it out costs more than integrating it. Syncing keeps the CRM your team knows while Sage 200 stays the financial system of record.
How do quotes become orders?+
A won quote or deal in the CRM is validated and posted into Sage 200 as a SOP order — correct customer account, price list, delivery address, tax codes and nominal codes. No re-keying, no transcription errors.
Which Sage 200 edition does this work with?+
Sage 200 Professional and Sage 200 Standard — we connect via the Sage 200 API where it covers the requirement, or direct/scheduled methods where it doesn't. We'll recommend the right approach in scoping.
Your CRM. Your Sage. One Truth.
