Sage E-commerce Integration

Orders flowing into Sage by hand is a job that shouldn't exist. We sync Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento and marketplaces with Sage 50, 200 and Accounting — orders, stock, customers, invoices, the lot.

Automate Your Order Flow

Orders → Sage

Web orders auto-posted as sales orders or invoices — correct VAT rates, nominal codes, delivery addresses, and your preferred customer-record strategy.

Stock & Price Sync

Sage stock levels and price lists pushed to your stores — single source of truth, no overselling, no stale pricing.

Fulfilment Loop

Despatch status and tracking numbers pushed back to the store — customers get notified, Sage stays the record.

Multi-Channel

Shopify, Amazon, eBay, Etsy and your own site consolidated into one Sage — channel-specific mapping, VAT and OSS handled.

B2B & Trade Accounts

Credit-term customers, bespoke pricing tiers and account lookups — the trade-order logic generic apps can't model.

Custom Storefronts

Bespoke e-commerce or portals integrated the same way — if it's your platform, we connect it natively.

When Custom Beats the App Store

→You run B2B pricing tiers or customer-specific price lists the apps can't read
→Orders post to wrong nominals/tax codes and someone fixes them by hand
→Multiple stores or marketplaces need to share one stock pool in Sage
→Bundles, kits or made-to-order items need exploding into Sage stock items
→You need order-level cost/margin data the apps don't sync
→An app exists but costs more per month than your Sage licence

E-commerce Integration FAQ

Which e-commerce platforms do you integrate with Sage?+

Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento/Adobe Commerce, BigCommerce, and marketplaces — Amazon, eBay, Etsy — plus bespoke webstores. Anything with an API; if it only has file exports, we automate those too.

What data actually syncs?+

Typically: orders → Sage sales orders/invoices with correct tax and nominal codes; customers synced or aggregated; stock levels and prices pushed from Sage to the store; fulfilment/tracking pushed back. The exact flow is scoped around your accounting process.

Shopify/WooCommerce already have Sage apps — why custom?+

Off-the-shelf apps handle the standard path well. Custom makes sense when you have B2B pricing, bundles, multi-warehouse stock, trade accounts on credit terms, mixed VAT treatments, or several stores feeding one Sage — the cases where apps post wrong or not at all.

Can you sync multi-channel?+

Yes — common build: Shopify + Amazon + eBay all consolidating into one Sage, with channel-specific nominals, VAT handling (including OSS), and consolidated or per-order customer records.

Which Sage version?+

All of them — Sage 50 (via connector), Sage 200, and Sage Accounting (REST API). The e-commerce side doesn't care which Sage; we pick the right method per product.

Your Store. Your Sage. Synced.

Tell us your platform, your Sage version and order volume — we'll scope the sync and quote it fixed.
