Sage 200 Website Integration
Your website shouldn't be a brochure that emails you orders to re-type. We connect Sage 200 directly to bespoke websites and customer portals — live stock and customer pricing, account self-service, and web orders straight into SOP.
Connect Your Website to SageLive Stock & Pricing
Real-time Sage 200 stock availability on your product pages — plus customer-specific price lists and discounts, so trade buyers see their price, not list price.
Customer Login & Accounts
Logged-in customers see their balance, credit limit, outstanding invoices and full order history — pulled live from their Sage 200 account.
Web Orders → SOP
Orders placed on your site post straight into Sage 200 sales order processing — correct customer account, pricing, VAT and delivery details. Zero re-keying.
Document Downloads
Invoices, statements, POs, PODs and quotes available as self-service downloads — generated from Sage data, no 'can you resend that invoice?' emails.
Two-Way Sync
New accounts, address changes and orders flow into Sage; stock, pricing, despatches and credit status flow back to the site — one source of truth.
Bespoke Portals Built
No website to integrate with yet? We design and build the customer portal or trade site itself — Sage-connected from day one.

Sage Website Integration FAQ
How is this different from the Sage e-commerce integration service?+
The e-commerce service connects Sage to platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento and marketplaces. This service is for websites you've had custom-built — or are about to — where there's no off-the-shelf connector: bespoke storefronts, trade portals, customer account areas. We integrate at the API level, so your site talks to Sage 200 directly.
Can customers see live stock and their own pricing on our website?+
Yes — that's the core of most builds. Stock availability comes straight from Sage 200 stock levels, and pricing can be per-customer: their price list, discount structure or contract price, resolved the same way Sage resolves it internally. Trade customers see their price, not your list price.
What can customers do in a logged-in portal?+
Typical features: view account balance and credit limit, see outstanding invoices, download copy invoices and statements, browse full order and despatch history, re-order from past orders, and place new orders against their account. All read live from — or written back to — Sage 200.
How do web orders get into Sage?+
Orders placed on the site post into Sage 200 as sales orders via SOP — with the customer's account, their agreed pricing, correct VAT and nominal treatment, and delivery details. Nothing is re-keyed; the order appears in Sage as if your sales team entered it.
Can suppliers or documents be part of it?+
Yes — we've built portals where customers download POs, invoices, PODs and statements generated from Sage, and variants where documents flow both ways. If it lives in Sage 200, it can be surfaced securely on the web.
We don't have a website yet — can you build the portal too?+
Yes. We build bespoke customer portals and trade sites as well as integrating existing ones. If you already have a site, we work with your developers or add the integration layer ourselves; if you don't, we can deliver the whole thing.
Your Website. Your Sage. One System.
Tell us about your site (or the portal you want built) and your Sage 200 setup — we'll scope the integration and quote it fixed.
