2. Scope & quote
We test on staging, count what actually breaks, and quote the total — including the per-item list — before you commit to anything.
3. Staging migration
Production stays untouched while the new PHP version is proven on a copy of your site.
4. Fixes
Up to 5 broken plugins, themes or code files are repaired as part of the price; more are £95 each, agreed with you before the work.
5. Go-live
Timed go-live with a rollback plan, then post-launch monitoring and support.

When we move you to a newer PHP version, some plugins or themes stop working. The first 5 items that actually break are repaired in the £4,999 price. Beyond that it's £95 per item, and the count is agreed with you before we write the fixes — we never bill an estimate.
Why is there a fixed price then a per-item charge?+
Codebases vary enormously — a 5-plugin blog and a 30-plugin WooCommerce store are different jobs at genuinely different costs. The fixed price covers the migration itself; the per-item charge keeps the plugin count honest instead of inflating every quote.
Is the £149 check included?+
No — it's the first step and stays £149 so it joins the standard funnel. If you proceed to the upgrade, its findings are the baseline for the quote.
Can you upgrade my WooCommerce or Magento store?+
Yes, at the application tier shown below. Commerce platforms have more surface area — more plugins, more checkout-critical code — so they cost more and take longer. Magento upgrades are quoted individually after the check.
